Women with infants are the fastest growing segment of the U.S. labor force, and to accommodate the very special needs of faculty, staff and students with infants, the IUB Office for Women's Affairs has facilitated a fully equipped lactation room between the Frangipani Room and the Sugar 'n Spice Shop at the Indiana Memorial Union. Chandra Dyson, associate director of the Hudson and Holland Scholars Programs, pictured here with son Keelan, is one young mother who will have a safe and comfortable place to see to the nutritional needs of her child.
