IU Trustees have approved a recommendation by IU President Adam Herbert to rename and restructure the Office of Public Affairs and Government Relations, led by IU Vice President William Stephan.
The new name of the office, to be headed by Stephan, is University Relations and Corporate Partnerships. Herbert said that in addition to leading internal and external communications functions for IU, Stephan will serve as the primary contact and will coordinate matters related to economic development.
