Commencement is a beginning and a sweet family celebration for many, including IUPUI journalism graduate Frank VanArsdall, pictured here with his wife Wanda and daughter Emily at the RCA Dome where ceremonies were held on Mother’s Day, May 14. He was one of 3,335 IU degree recipients from the Indianapolis campus.
