IU Kokomo’s new faculty arrive with impressive credentials

Eleven new IU Kokomo faculty members have joined the campus family for fall 2000 classes.

IU Kokomo’s faculty are recognized for excellence in teaching, research and service, having garnered numerous community and scholarly awards. More than 80 percent of the full-time faculty have doctoral degrees or the highest degree offered in their fields.

	Paula Brillinger, assistant professor in criminal justice. She holds a Ph.D. in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
	Sandro D’Angelo, visiting lecturer in Spanish. D’Angelo received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
	Scott Edwards, visiting professor in psychology. He holds a master’s degree from Ball State University.
	Joyce Eikenberry, government documents librarian. Eikenberry holds an M.L.S. from Indiana University.
	Amy Graban, assistant professor of communication arts. She holds a Ph.D. in mass communications from Florida State University.
	Wayne Johnson, visiting associate professor of accounting. He holds a Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Illinois.
	Lois Kurowski, visiting assistant professor of management. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
	Colleen Reilly, assistant professor of English. She holds a Ph.D. in English literature from Purdue University.
	Ellen Sigler, assistant professor of educational psychology. Sigler holds an Ed.D. in educational psychology from Texas Tech University.
	Lucy Tormoehlen, lecturer in nursing. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from George Mason University.
	Kathryn Truax, assistant professor of social psychology. She holds a Ph.D. in psychology from Yale University.
