| The IU Center on Philanthropy will research, write and edit the 2001 edition of Giving USA, the leading annual source for information on the nation’s charitable giving habits.
Next semester, IU East will launch its new paramedic science program which will lead to associate and bachelor degrees in general studies through a collaborative program with Fayette Memorial Hospital. Mary Anna Dimitrakopoulos, director of the Advance College Project at IU South Bend, is the new secretary of the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships. IU is a founding institution of NACEP, an organization of American colleges and universities that offer college courses taught in partnering high schools.
