Whether you work at the Physical Plant or in the vice chancellors office, there's a multitude of common problems as well as solutions that may transfer well to other IU employees around the state.

In this new on-line column, we invite you to send in comments about how you or colleagues have tackled an office or campus quandary and come up with a workable solution.
